Billing Solutions, the leading provider of premium B2B Customer Support Programs for fortune 500 Companies, needed a faxing solution that would provide hosted, immediate access to high volume faxing services.
Aelix Solutions, known for its high volume faxing solution, was selected to provide the service. Developing a customer user interface allowed Billing Solutions to be in control of both the quantity of faxes to be delivered and the timing they were sent.
The solution that was developed included a reporting module that allows Billing Solutions to see their usage and fax success rate in real time. As with all of Aelix Solutions services this is a hosted mode and to Billing Solutions this application is transparent.
