The worldwide Hilton Hotel brands needed a solution that would provide them with highly customized, branded, email and fax confirmations for customer reservations that were made over the Internet and through reservation centers. Providing customized email and fax templates to a customer with a worldwide presence, multiple reservation centers, several brand names, and hundreds of Hotels was the type of development and operational effort that Aelix Solution is know for. Adding to the level of complexity was the request that personalized and/or location specific capabilities be available that would allow them to send confirmations to specific customers who had booked reservations at a specific Hotel.
