Moore Business Communications Service, a world leader in print media and communications services, provides custom solutions for vital business communication needs which are strategic to the operation of our client’s business in targeted markets.
Through an existing agreement they had with a major Airline based in Minneapolis/St. Paul they were requested to provide a email and fax reservation confirmation systems for the airlines customers. Without the expertise to do this internally Moore Business Communications Service contact Aelix Solutions and requested that Aelix provide the service to the Airline on behalf of Moore.
Time to market, cost, scalability, and customization were the reasons Aelix Solutions was selected for the service. Providing customized email and fax templates to a customer with a worldwide presence, multiple reservation centers was the type of development and operational effort that Aelix Solution is know for. Adding to the level of complexity was the request that personalized and/or location specific capabilities be available that would allow them to send confirmations to specific customers who had booked reservations to a specific country or city.
Based upon Aelix Solutions Applications Service Provider (ASP) model the system was operational quickly and provided the Airline with the capability to grow the program at the rate they desired.
